Xuan liu takes pole position in event four

Xuan Liu has taken pole position in her bid to winning $201,559 in event four at the WSOP. The second day of the seven-card Stud tournament attracted a pool of 622 players. Big names were shown the door in this event including Las Vegas based player Jamie Kaplan who finished in the 65th place when he lost to the Russian player Andrey Pateychuk. Other names that were shown the door are Phil Ivey, Chris Viox, Daniel Idema, Scotty Nguyen, Barry Greenstein, David Bach, Jan Fisher (Poker hall of fame), Dan Shak, and Cary Katz.
